Unofficial video for Cults - “Go Outside” by Helene Park. I know this song has already made the rounds on music blogs, but this unofficial video warrants another post. Not to mention the fact that it is now officially spring and we should all go outside and play.

I missed yesterday’s Daily DRA post because I had too much work to do (bad excuse, I know). So today, you get TWO.
I absolutely love this picture of Ryan by Neal Casal from his new book “A View of Other Windows”.

…the light of the moon leads the way towards the morning,
and the sun, the sun’s well on the way too soon to know and

Devendra Banhart’s trippy new video for “Baby” features MGMT’s Andrew VanWyngarden, the Strokes’ Fabrizio Moretti and GZA on an alien space adventure rife with camp. I have to say, the song is super catchy and I kind of prefer the video’s graphics to the mess that was Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland”.

"Saturday Come Slow" - New Massive Attack Video
The new Massive Attack video for “Saturday Come Slow” (feat. Damon Albarn) plays like a short film or public service announcement about using music as torture in prisons. The testimony is fascinating and the song - although it plays a small part in the video - is pretty incredible itself. Watch and listen here.

'The Room' Will Change Your Life
If you haven’t had the honor of seeing Tommy Wiseau’s cult classic, “The Room,” drop what you’re doing and find a way to watch it NOW. It’s the best horrible movie you’ll ever come across.
Here’s a sample of Mr. Wiseau’s genius dialogue delivered with ease from his oh-so-compelling cast: http://theroomsoundboard.com/

Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit of Happiness” w/ MGMT and Ratatat has a new video and it’s nothing if not trippy. Digging the song, don’t mind the video.
Oh my God. This is gonna be so fucking cool.
